We have one more minor improvement, the chimney caps, but the roof is essentially done and ready for the next 30 years. We are now ready to construct the roof deck amenity, which will be complete in late January, 2022.

Saturday, December 4th we'll have the ste
el superstructure will be be on-site for craning up to the roof.
Monday, December 6th will be the official start of our roof contractor's on-site construction activity with the start of steel erection and railing repairs.
Saturday, December 11th will have another crane for decking materials being installed the week of December 13th.
